Fat: 68.01g | Prot: 78.40g | Carb: 374.38g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Cream (Half & Half) , Organic Turbinado Raw Cane Sugar, Banana, Orchard Blend, Garden Blend, 2% Reduced Fat Milk, Psyllium Husk Caps, Honey Puffa. Lunch:  Banana, Blackberry Jam, Premium Italian Bread, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Yodels Frosted Creme Filled Chocolate Cakes. Dinner:  Egg Roll with Beef and/or Pork, Wonton Soup, White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Shrimp & Asian Style Vegetables Paired with a Chinese Oyster Soy Sauce, Shrimp With Smoked Uncured Bacon & Cherry Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Ice Sugarless Gum, German Chocolate Cake with Icing and Filling, Fat Tire Amber Ale.
