Fat: 87.25g | Prot: 64.80g | Carb: 249.12g.   Breakfast:  brown bread, brown sugar, coffee, marmalade, milk, quaker oatmeal. Lunch:  avocado, brown bread, grated carrots salad, tarama. Dinner:  miso soup, sushi, tu na and salmon sashimi, whisky. Snacks/Other:  apple, coffee with sugar, hot chocolate, orange, water.
