Fat: 87.25g | Prot: 64.80g | Carb: 249.12g.   Breakfast:  milk, coffee, quaker oatmeal, brown sugar, brown bread, marmalade. Lunch:  brown bread, tarama, avocado, grated carrots salad. Dinner:  miso soup, sushi, tu na and salmon sashimi, whisky. Snacks/Other:  hot chocolate, water, apple, orange, coffee with sugar.
