Fat: 82.01g | Prot: 140.61g | Carb: 169.94g.   Breakfast:  banana, brown sugar, coffee, milk, quaker oatmeal. Lunch:  chicken burger , chocolate mousse. Dinner:  carrots and peas, chicken breast, orange juice, potatoes mash. Snacks/Other:  coffee with sugar, hot chocolate, orange, water.
