Fat: 82.74g | Prot: 76.62g | Carb: 254.13g.   Breakfast:  milk, coffee, quaker oatmeal, brown sugar, mixed nuts, banana. Lunch:  chicken wrap, diet coke. Dinner:  witloof, red wine , chicken , green salad, cheese cake. Snacks/Other:  hot chocolate, water, apple, orange, biscuits, bacardi cocktail.
