Breakfast: apple, banana, coffee, water. Lunch: chicken sausage, eggplant, mushrooms, olive oil, orange, zucchini. Dinner: emmental cheese, tuna, tuna, turkey ham, veggies soup. Snacks/Other: kiwis, orange, plain yog, water.
