Fat: 23.60g | Prot: 72.58g | Carb: 262.78g.   Breakfast:  Bananas , Porridge Oats with Wheatbran, 2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk). Lunch:  Banana, Dark Rye Crispbread, Tomato Soup. Dinner:  butter, potato, turkey mince curry. Snacks/Other:  milk, shredded wheat, jam, ryvita.
