Fat: 45.92g | Prot: 62.83g | Carb: 238.21g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Porridge Oats with Wheatbran. Lunch:  Tomato Soup, Dark Rye Crispbread, Salted Crackers, Butter . Dinner:  turkey mince curry, Butter, brown rice, banana, Tomato Soup, Dark Rye Crispbread. Snacks/Other:  Clusters.
