Fat: 45.92g | Prot: 62.83g | Carb: 238.21g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Porridge Oats with Wheatbran. Lunch:  Butter , Dark Rye Crispbread, Salted Crackers, Tomato Soup. Dinner:  banana, brown rice, Butter, Dark Rye Crispbread, Tomato Soup, turkey mince curry. Snacks/Other:  Clusters.
