Lunch:  Mashed Potato (from Fresh), Pork Beef Chicken Sausage (Smoked Skinless) , Seasoned Mustard Greens. Dinner:  Chef Salad. Snacks/Other:  Brownie with Icing, Gala Apple (Medium), Oil Roasted Sunflower Seeds (with Salt Added).
