Lunch:  Pork Beef Chicken Sausage (Smoked Skinless) , Seasoned Mustard Greens, Mashed Potato (from Fresh). Dinner:  Chef Salad. Snacks/Other:  Oil Roasted Sunflower Seeds (with Salt Added), Gala Apple (Medium), Brownie with Icing.
