Fat: 41.26g | Prot: 46.13g | Carb: 310.26g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Go Lean, Lemon, No Calorie Sweetener (Packets), Raisin Bran, Triple Berry, True Almond Vanilla, Water, White Sugar (Granulated or Lump). Lunch:  Bananas, Green Tea, No Calorie Sweetener (Packets), Peanut Butter, Rye Bread. Dinner:  Blue Menu Celeb Margarine, Onions, Veggie Slices Cheddar Flavor, Water, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Almonds, Apple Juice, No Sugar Added, Wild Berry Jam, Peanut Butter, Pineapple.
