Fat: 54.39g | Prot: 69.51g | Carb: 88.41g.   Breakfast:  All Natural 100% Egg Whites, Coffee, Cooked Spinach (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Large Grade A Eggs, Low-moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Fancy Shredded Cheese. Lunch:  Canola and Olive Oil Blend, Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Classic Romaine Salad, Coleslaw, Roasted Garlic Infused Red Wine Vinegar, Triscuit Crackers Original. Dinner:  Cooked Cauliflower (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Diet Green Tea flavored with Pomegranate & Blueberry, Sirloin & Beef Patties. Snacks/Other:  Grapefruit (Pink and Red).
