Fat: 78.91g | Prot: 98.02g | Carb: 257.80g.   Breakfast:  Bagel with Cream Cheese, Chicken Sausage, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese and Ham or Bacon, Smoked or Cured Bacon. Lunch:  Three Lentil Vegitable Soup, Turkey Sandwich. Dinner:  Chocolate Ice Cream, Dinner Rolls, Dinner Salad, Merlot Wine, Pasta Shells Stuffed with Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Fruit Smoothie (made with Fruit or Fruit Juice only).
