Fat: 66.89g | Prot: 88.53g | Carb: 58.75g.   Breakfast:  Chopped Ham, Diet Cola, Grade A Large Eggs, Green Peppers, part skim shredded mozzarella. Lunch:  Chicken Light Meat (Roasting), Cucumber (with Peel), Green Sweet Pepper, Lettuce, Light Ranch Salad Dressing. Dinner:  All Natural Broccoli Cuts, Chopped Ham, Green Beans, Hard Boiled Eggs, Nonfat Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise, part skim shredded mozzarella, Shedd's Spread Original, shoppers value fat free milk. Snacks/Other:  Pretzel Rods, Whole Cashews.
