Fat: 59.85g | Prot: 58.46g | Carb: 177.20g.   Breakfast: fiber one raisin bran clusters, skim milk, special k pecan cinnamon. Lunch: arnold sandwhich thins, baby carrots, bell pepper, celery, country crock, cucumbers, eggs, Hidden Valley Ranch Fat Free, kraft mexican style cheese, lettuce, miracle whip. Dinner: baked potato, chicken drumsticks, corn on the cob, country crock, fat free sour cream. Snacks/Other: butterfinger, herr's sourdough bite size pretzels, hershey bar.
