Fat: 87.71g | Prot: 129.80g | Carb: 297.62g.   Breakfast:  Fancy Shredded Mexican 4 Cheese Blend, Real Eggs, Tomato Ketchup. Lunch:  brown rice, ikea, ikea swedish meatball, salmon, seaweed. Dinner:  carrots, Fancy Shredded Mexican 4 Cheese Blend, french vinaigrette, Real Eggs, spinach baby, steamed cabbage, Tomato Ketchup. Snacks/Other:  fiber one chocolate fudbe brownie, hawaiian sweet rolls, orange juice, Premium Fudge Bars, pretzel thins, sabra roasted garlic hummus.
