Fat: 87.71g | Prot: 129.80g | Carb: 297.62g.   Breakfast:  Real Eggs, Fancy Shredded Mexican 4 Cheese Blend, Tomato Ketchup. Lunch:  salmon, brown rice, ikea swedish meatball, ikea, seaweed. Dinner:  Tomato Ketchup, steamed cabbage, carrots, spinach baby, french vinaigrette, Fancy Shredded Mexican 4 Cheese Blend, Real Eggs. Snacks/Other:  fiber one chocolate fudbe brownie, pretzel thins, sabra roasted garlic hummus, hawaiian sweet rolls, Premium Fudge Bars, orange juice.
