Fat: 16.61g | Prot: 50.41g | Carb: 112.33g.   Breakfast:  Green Tea, Merex Fresh Blueberries, Oatmeal. Lunch:  Albertsons Clementine Oranges, Green Leaf Lettuce, Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner:  Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Turkey Burger on Bun. Snacks/Other:  Chobani Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt, Diamond of California Chopped Walnuts, Herr's Whole Grain Honey Wheat Pretzel Sticks, Publix Red Seedless Grapes.
