Fat: 55.92g | Prot: 102.33g | Carb: 226.80g.   Breakfast:  Manhattan Bagel NY Lox Bagel. Lunch:  Barilla PLUS Angel Hair Multigrain Pasta, Meatless Spaghetti Sauce, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded). Dinner:  Venison/Deer Steak, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Boiled Egg, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Beer, Citrus Flavor Fruit Sorbet, Cheddar Cheese.
