Fat: 54.92g | Prot: 57.14g | Carb: 144.44g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Rye Bread, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Lunch:  Beef or Meat Gravy, Nakkekam med svær, Pickled Red Cabbage, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Cinnamon Roll.
