Dinner:  Broccoli, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), Onions, Strawberries, White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt - Strawberry (Container), Dannon Oikos Fruit on the Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Blueberry, MuscleTech 100% Premium Whey Protein Plus, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Soy Nuts.
