Fat: 16.46g | Prot: 52.51g | Carb: 108.04g.   Breakfast:  earl grey tea, lemon water, Mixed fruit del monte. Lunch:  balsamic dressing maple grove, Canned chicken, Mixed greens , strawberries. Dinner:  Asian style barbecue skewers archer farms, Light Wheat Bread, Tomatoe. Snacks/Other:  Special K chips.
