Fat: 8.43g | Prot: 53.17g | Carb: 95.53g.   Breakfast:  apple sauce sugar free, lemon water, earl grey tea. Lunch:  chicken breast, strawberries, balsamic dressing maple grove, romaine lettuce. Dinner:  Chicken breast, Light Wheat Bread, asparagus. Snacks/Other:  Special K chips.
