Fat: 50.75g | Prot: 97.50g | Carb: 185.50g.   Breakfast:  kraft cheese slices american, chopped ham john morrell, great value egg whites, great value water. Lunch:  baked cheetos, morning star original, great value ketchup, great value hamburger buns. Dinner:  fat free campbells cream of mushroom, great value water, uncle bens boil in a bag brown rice, weight watchers chicken tender, diet coke, great value water. Snacks/Other:  weight watchers chocolate cake, great value water, heart sugar cookies.
