Lunch:  Borden Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Coca-Cola Diet Coke (Can), Cucumber (with Peel), Kroger Zesty Italian Dressing, Landis Chicken Breast Sandwich Slices, Plumrose Baked Premium Ham Slices. Dinner:  Cucumber (with Peel), Foster Farms Oven Roasted Turkey Slices, Great Lakes Cheese Provolone Cheese Slices, Hard-Boiled Egg, Kroger Zesty Italian Dressing, Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Casein - Creamy Vanilla, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Swiss Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Water (Bottled).
