Fat: 138.42g | Prot: 118.16g | Carb: 43.63g.   Breakfast:  coffee, sugar free coffeemate, Sahale Snacks Almonds with Cranberries, Honey + Sea Salt. Lunch:  gyro meat (lamb), Papouli's Greek Grill Tzatziki Sauce, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions. Dinner:  Beef Porterhouse Steak (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Beef Franks. Snacks/Other:  Breyers Carb Smart Ice Cream Bars - Almond, A&W Diet Root Beer.
