Fat: 43.62g | Prot: 46.90g | Carb: 126.08g.   Breakfast:  coffee, sugar free coffee creamer. Lunch:  Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Quaker Hearty Medleys - Apple Cranberry Almond. Dinner:  Which Wich Lettuce, Which Wich Peanut Butter Cookie, Which Wich Pickles, Which Wich Regular Mayo, Which Wich Swiss Cheese, Which Wich The Cuban, Which Wich Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  A&W Diet Root Beer, Vodka.
