Fat: 43.62g | Prot: 46.90g | Carb: 126.08g.   Breakfast:  sugar free coffee creamer, coffee. Lunch:  Quaker Hearty Medleys - Apple Cranberry Almond, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Dinner:  Which Wich The Cuban, Which Wich Pickles, Which Wich Wheat Bread, Which Wich Lettuce, Which Wich Regular Mayo, Which Wich Swiss Cheese, Which Wich Peanut Butter Cookie. Snacks/Other:  Vodka, A&W Diet Root Beer.
