Fat: 131.71g | Prot: 75.05g | Carb: 38.81g.   Breakfast:  coffee, coffee, HHW Cheddar Onion and Sausage Quiche, sugar free coffee creamer, sugar free coffee creamer. Lunch:  Atkins Advantage Mocha Latte Shake, Celery, Cucumber (Peeled), Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Hebrew National Beef Franks, HHW Chili Cheese Dip, Planters Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus. Dinner:  Cauliflower Bisque.
