Lunch:  Yellow Rice, Chicken Thigh (Skin Eaten), Le Sueur Very Young Small Sweet Peas, O'Charley's Broccoli Cheese Casserole, 2% Fat Milk. Dinner:  Publix Large White Enriched Bread, Pepsi Pepsi (Can), Ruffles Cheddar & Sour Cream Potato Chips, Wish-Bone Thousand Island Salad Dressing, Publix Swiss Cheese, Hillshire Farm Deli Select Ultra Thin Roast Beef. Snacks/Other:  Bananas.
