Fat: 55.69g | Prot: 82.81g | Carb: 160.70g.   Breakfast:  don miguel mimi beef taco. Lunch:  great northern beans, iceberg lettuce, kens blue cheese dressing, tomato. Dinner:  franks red hot sauce, kens blue cheese dressing, tyson breaded chicken breasr tenderloin. Snacks/Other:  baby spinach, carrots, chobani non fat black cherry yogurt, Granny Smith Apples.
