Fat: 61.28g | Prot: 90.88g | Carb: 151.05g.   Breakfast:  Cottage Cheese (Nonfat). Lunch:  soy sauce, cornstarch, cauliflower pieces, black pepper, chicken stock, pork sirloin, cabbage, ginger root, onion, scallions, jalapeno pepper, cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic. Dinner:  beef tenderloin, baked potato, sour cream, butter. Snacks/Other:  budweiser beer.
