Fat: 7.75g | Prot: 35.92g | Carb: 114.73g.   Breakfast:  protein powder , 1% milk, albertsons non dary ceamer, baking powder, blueberries, cinnamon, coffee, egg beaters whites, olive oil, roasted salted sunflower seeds, sea salt, steel cut oats, strawberries, sugar, truvia, vanilla. Snacks/Other:  apple, onfat cottage cheese.
