Lunch:  Fuji Apples, Lowfat Breakfast Tart, Whole Wheat Bread, Smart For Life Chocolate Protein Bar, Amy's Gluten Free Bean & Rice Burrito, Cheese Crackers. Dinner:  Brown Rice (Medium-Grain), Mixed Salad Greens, Turkey Breast Meat and Skin (Cooked, Roasted). Snacks/Other:  Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Spinach, Protein Meal Replacement Powder, So Delicious Coconut Milk.
