Fat: 86.99g | Prot: 156.62g | Carb: 78.91g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Dairyland Coffee Cream, Egg, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Ohanyan's Soujouk, Pita Bread. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Beef T-Bone Steak (Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Cooked, Broiled), Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Pistachio Nuts.
