Fat: 122.08g | Prot: 186.76g | Carb: 41.95g.   Breakfast:  Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Cream (Half & Half), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Scrambled Egg. Lunch:  lamb, salad greens, almonds, sunflower seed, pita bread. Dinner:  mushroom, lamb shank, calamari, octopus.
