Fat: 122.08g | Prot: 186.76g | Carb: 41.95g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream (Half & Half), Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Scrambled Egg. Lunch:  almonds, lamb, pita bread, salad greens, sunflower seed. Dinner:  calamari, lamb shank, mushroom, octopus.
