Fat: 74.16g | Prot: 100.07g | Carb: 291.49g.   Breakfast:  Blackberries, Double Protein Hearty Multigrain Bread, Rich 'n Creamy Reduced Fat Peanut Butter Toasty Crackers. Lunch:  Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Fried Shrimp, Leeann Chin Bourbon Chicken, Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans, Carrots) (No Salt Added, Canned), Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit, White Rice. Dinner:  Cucumber (with Peel), Honey Mustard Dressing, Spinach, Subway 6" Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, Tomatoes, Utz Baked Chips. Snacks/Other:  Quaker 100 Calories Sweet & Salty Granola Bars - Almond.
