Fat: 45.47g | Prot: 109.67g | Carb: 222.76g.   Breakfast:  Crispix Crispy Rice on One Side Crunchy Corn on the Other Cereal, Honey, Instant Breakfast Essentials - French Vanilla, Special k flatbread breakfast sandwich. Lunch:  Applesauce (with Added Ascorbic Acid, Unsweetened, Canned), Extreme Wellness High Fiber Low Carb Tortillas (Ole), Short Cuts Carved Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Baked Ziti, Broccoli, butter, milk, Pork Chop, sourdough bread.
