Fat: 63.39g | Prot: 32.84g | Carb: 102.34g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Gala Apples, tea with milk. Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, spinach quiche, Zucchini Soup. Dinner:  carrot, dry roasted peanuts, walnuts. Snacks/Other:  Latte.
