Fat: 44.91g | Prot: 66.71g | Carb: 179.43g.   Breakfast:  Sugar Frosted Flakes, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Honey, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. Lunch:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Green Beans, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Dinner:  Red Sweet Pepper, Ground Buffalo, Italian Sausage, Mashed Potato (from Fresh), Green Peas (Frozen), Sangria, Honey. Snacks/Other:  Organic Gala Apples, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Dulce de Leche Caramel Coffee Creamer, Pie Crust.
