Fat: 43.53g | Prot: 52.58g | Carb: 165.85g.   Breakfast:  Clover Honey, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Porridge. Lunch:  Frozen Green Beans, Gouda Cheese, lobnobs. Snacks/Other:  4 Finger Kit Kat, Apples, Biscuit, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified).
