Fat: 42.03g | Prot: 44.66g | Carb: 125.88g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice. Lunch:  lobnobs, Red Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Goats Cheese (Hard), Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Raisin Bread.
