Fat: 34.30g | Prot: 47.14g | Carb: 119.10g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice, Walnuts. Lunch:  Egg, Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Krydder Boller, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified).
