Fat: 33.10g | Prot: 41.71g | Carb: 170.13g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice, Walnuts. Lunch:  Black Olives, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Red Tomatoes, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), Sliced Beetroot, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Ice Cream Sandwich, Krydder Boller, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified).
