Fat: 41.13g | Prot: 26.25g | Carb: 143.58g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice, Walnuts. Lunch:  Black Olives, Cucumber (with Peel), Red Tomatoes, Sliced Beetroot, Tongue. Snacks/Other:  Biscuit, Chocolate Ice Creams, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Grape Juice, Krydder Boller, Milk.
