Fat: 33.06g | Prot: 35.24g | Carb: 161.73g.   Breakfast:  Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Clover Honey, Porridge. Lunch:  Chickpeas, Red Tomatoes, Banana, Onions, Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts. Snacks/Other:  Milk, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Biscuit, Krydder Boller, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick.
