Lunch:  Baby Spinach, Celery, lobnobs. Snacks/Other:  73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Biscuit, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Milk, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts.
