Lunch:  lobnobs, Baby Spinach, Celery. Snacks/Other:  Milk, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Biscuit, 73% Organic Dark Chocolate.
