Lunch:  Fried Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Milk, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, 73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Biscuit, Milk.
