Fat: 43.21g | Prot: 33.38g | Carb: 129.89g.   Breakfast:  Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Brazil Nuts, Pink Grapefruit Juice. Lunch:  Red Tomatoes, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Krydder Boller, Biscuit.
