Lunch:  Porridge. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Tea Unsweetened, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits, Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener), Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Multigrain Bread, Bananas, Lowfat Plain Yogurt, Brazil Nuts, Almonds.
