Fat: 45.05g | Prot: 35.02g | Carb: 94.93g.   Breakfast:  Brazil Nuts, Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice, Walnuts. Dinner:  Celery , Cucumber (with Peel) , lobnobs, Red Tomatoes . Snacks/Other:  Almonds , Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits , Tea Unsweetened.
