Dinner:  Celery, Red Tomatoes, Sliced Beetroot, Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Pistachio Nuts, Soft White Roll, Soft White Roll, Tea Unsweetened.
