Fat: 119.83g | Prot: 165.71g | Carb: 446.84g.   Breakfast:  Clif Bar Builder's Bar - Chocolate Peanut Butter, Costco Granola, Cottage Cheese, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Kirkland Signature Walnuts, Orange Juice, Pineapple, Plain Yogurt. Lunch:  Raisins, Red Delicious Apples, Trader Joe's Cranberry Trail Mix. Dinner:  Northern Catch Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, Wonderful Roasted & Salted Pistachios in Shells.
