Fat: 25.19g | Prot: 36.94g | Carb: 131.52g.   Breakfast:  Toasted 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Regular Coffee, Ocean Spray Light Cranberry Juice Cocktail, Prunes (Low-Moisture, Uncooked), Coffee-Mate Original Fat Free Powder Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, Tomatoes, Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing, Nabisco Premium Saltine Crackers Unsalted Tops. Dinner:  Fried Floured or Breaded Catfish, Ranch Style Pinto Beans with Jalapeno Peppers. Snacks/Other:  Reduced Fat Peanut Butter, Whole Wheat Bread.
